I wonder why hardly anyone's interested in this pageant? I don't know, I think it'll be fun. I'm excited to perform this fun jazz solo I've been practicing on the trombone.

Okay, so I've been 16 for nearly four months, and I've yet to have a real date or a proper snog. I need to do something about this. I mean, I know there's no time limit for this stuff, but I want to try these things, and I'm getting impatient. I don't know that I want a Serious Boyfriend at the moment, but I'd like to have SOME sort of experience with boys, you know? It seems impossible to choose a boy since there are so many around here, but once you get rid of the ones with girlfriends, and then all of the older ones (dealing with boys in our year could prove to be challenging enough!), there aren't that many left! Anyway, I chose Mikhail. He has a really cute accent!

The question is, how do I go about this? Should I ask him to test one of my potions? Would he be offended if I asked him to test a hair potion? Hair can be a very sensitive subject, after all. I mean, I like his hair, but the potion I'm working on could make it shinier!

Finally, some time off! I've been working so hard at exams, I haven't had time to add the finishing touches to my jewelry for the art collective preview. I guess I'll have to do it over break.
